The Somapresence Method is a practice of embodying feminine wholeness. Dedicated to women, it unites Soma; the sacred body allowing both somatic and energetic experience - and Presence ; an awakened consciousness, receptive and available to feminine creative power.

Through movement—both somatic and codified—you journey toward this embodied wholeness, a state where all parts of you unite: shadow and light, softness and strength, being and doing.

Your wholeness knows how to move through life fluidly—not by forcing or striving, but through the creative intelligence that flows when you are fully present and complete.

Meet yourself gently, exactly as you are—cultivating present-moment awareness and radical self-acceptance through mindful body scanning and gentle, yoga-inspired somatic movement.

Movement becomes a way to express your creative self, using  spiral motions that help energy flow freely.

Ground into your inner alignment through coded movement to activate you vital energy. Movement are slow and deliberate to fully drop in the present moment

 Inner harmony arises through integrated rest, supported by an essential oil blend, guiding you into a deep state of receptivity.

Somapresence Movement Group experience
