Payment and Cancellation Terms

At Upya Essence, we strive to make your experience seamless. Please read our payment and cancellation terms carefully before making a booking or subscribing to our services.

1. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payments: All payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking or subscription.

  • Memberships: Membership fees are billed monthly, covering the month ahead. Payments will be processed on the same date each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both you and our team:

​

  • Individual Appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

​

  • Workshops and Events: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the event will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours, no refunds will be provided.

  • Memberships: Memberships can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid month.

​

3. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule appointments free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee or may not be accommodated.

4. Missed Appointments

If you miss an appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered used, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
