Somapresence Movement is a practice that uses somatic movement as the language of embodying your true nature.

Through pulsation, spiral movement and free movement, it guides you through three natural phases: awakening your inner axis, allowing your energy to unfold and take form, and integrating what has moved through you. These are not steps to master — they are the cycle your body already knows.

This is not a technique. Not a performance. It is a return — to yourself, to your body as living land, where your true nature can emerge, transform and renew itself, cycle after cycle.

The changes are both subtle and profound. When your body becomes a place you truly inhabit — when presence is no longer something you reach for but something you rest in — everything begins to flow differently.

The 3 Phases of Journey to Embodied Presence

AWAKEN

We begin in stillness and slow pulsation. Grounded postures, axial breathing, attention drawn to the spine. The body gathers its energy at the center — like a wave pulling back before it rises.

MANIFEST

Now the energy travels. Through spirals, circles, and figure-eights, movement flows from the core out through the limbs. The joints open. What was held inside unfolds into space.

INTEGRATE

Here, we stop directing and let the body lead. Movement becomes spontaneous, intuitive. The mind watches. The body knows. This is integration — not doing the practice, but becoming it.
