It’s a quiet, inner state—not about doing or performing, but about deeply allowing yourself to be.

In Somapresence, the body is not something to manage or correct. It becomes a sacred ground of presence—a home. From this grounded space, you feel an inner alignment—not as a straight line, but as a subtle, organic coherence within.
From here, you open to life: what is alive in you, around you, and through you.
This is a return to your natural intelligence, your sensing body, and your connection to the sacred rhythms of life.
The Journey Behind Somapresence Method​
I have been entering and exiting this state for as long as I can remember—often without having words for it.
It took years of inquiry, learning, healing, and rediscovery—through the highs and lows of life—to finally recognize and claim this state as something real, something mine.

But Somapresence doesn’t belong to me alone.
It’s not a special skill or rare experience—it is a natural state of being that lives in every woman.
It’s something we’ve always known in our bodies, even if life has pulled us away from it.
The practices I now offer are simply ways to return. They are pathways back to what is already yours.

The 4 Stages of Somapresence
The Somaprésence journey unfolds through four organic stages:
​
1. Welcoming the Self
A softening into the present moment. Through body awareness and self-acceptance, we create space to meet ourselves gently, just as we are.
​
2. Centeredness
An anchoring in your inner center. From this rooted place, a secure inner dialogue becomes possible—one that is grounded and true.
​
3. Radiance
Opening to the flow of life force. This is the moment of expansion, where energy moves freely and connection deepens—within and beyond.
​
4. Integration
A state of deep receptivity. The life force moves on its own. You become the passive witness, allowing life to unfold through you.

Two Practices. One Method.
​The Somaprésence approach expresses itself through two embodied practices:
Somapresence In Motion
​​
A fluid, expressive movement-based practice that invites you to inhabit your body with presence and curiosity.
Each session blends yoga movement inspired, spiral motion, voice exploration, essential oils, resonant self-touch, and—when inspired—intuitive writing. Together, these elements create a rich, flowing, and deeply sensory experience.
​
Rather than following choreography or fixed forms, you’re invited to move from within—letting sensation lead, allowing emotion to surface, and discovering how your body wants to speak in each moment. This is movement as medicine, as meditation, as creative unfolding.

Somapresence Touch Therapy

A deeply restorative, body-based modality that supports nervous system regulation and embodied reconnection.
In each session, you'll experience:

Breathwork supports nervous system balance, and aromatherapy is optionally offered to deepen your experience of wellbeing.
