Somapresence: A somatic Movement for women

Somapresence Movement is a guided somatic movement practice that awakens the pulse of the spine and allows energy to unfurl through the body in spiral form. You learn to follow the body's own intelligence, releasing what has been held and returning to the feeling of being fully alive, fluid and at home in yourself.

These gatherings offer a space to return to the body in a way that daily life rarely allows. Through breath, the pulse of the spine, and spiral movement, the practice creates the conditions for something to soften, open, and come alive again.
