​Through a carefully woven combination of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and lymphatic drainage, the session follows the three movements at the heart of Somapresence:

The Pulse — Rhythmic compressions and assisted stretches along the spine awaken the body's living centre, grounding presence from the inside out.

The Unfurling — Flowing, wave-like, and spiral movements around the spine and joints allow energy to radiate outward, opening the body into a deeper sense of space and ease.

Come as you are. You will be invited to undress to your comfort level.

The more you share about where you are and what you need, the more the session can be shaped to meet you there. Everything you share with Dunya remains entirely confidential.

After Your Session

​

You may notice a particular quality of presence: relaxed and grounded, yet light and expansive. A sense of having been met, of the body feeling somehow newer, more spacious, more your own.

This treatment is an invitation to return to your body in a wholesome, unhurried way. There is nothing to analyse or understand. Simply be available for what arises, and follow whatever nourishing impulse comes afterwards, whether that is writing, eating well, walking slowly, or simply resting.

Your body already knows what it needs. This session creates the conditions for it to be heard.
