Somapresence Touch Therapy isn't a traditional massage. It is a somatic experience rooted in energetic wisdom that helps release physical tension, regulate stress, and restore a deep sense of harmony and embodiment.​

What to Expect in a Session

Welcoming Self– A combination of deep tissue, Swedish massage, gentle stretches, and manual lymphatic drainage invites the body to relax, soften, and settle into a felt sense of safety.

Centered Self – Gentle activation of energy points supports balance, alignment, and inner steadiness.

Radiant Self – Flowing spiral movements, joint rotations, and the figure-eight (Lemniscate) technique awaken circulation, openness, and ease of movement.

Integrated self - A carefully crafted aromatherapy blend can also be used to enhance relaxation, grounding, and emotional wellbeing, weaving gently through the session to bring the experience together.

Preparing for Your Session

Come as you are, knowing you'll be asked to undress to your comfort level—typically panties without a bra, allowing full access for the therapeutic work while maintaining your boundaries and dignity.
